Your bears have been hard at work, send them on Spring Break
### What is Spring Break?
Spring Break will be another chance for Dropout holders to further mutate their NFTs. This will be fully optional, but could be a good way to change out of your Varsity Jacket.\

So how will it work?
### The process of Spring Break
Dropout Spring Break will be your opportunity to exchange your Varsity Jacket attribute for another clothing attribute!
* It is a limited-time event that occurs periodically.
* During the event, users can upgrade their Dropouts attributes, the upgrades received are randomized.
* It will cost 500 $Tuition per Dropout Bear to send them on Spring Break.
* 7 Day Lockup Period.
* There will be 12 Clothing attributes available, all having different chances of being applied, fully random.
